About the role
Satva Therapy is growing, and we are looking for a LMFT who wants to build something meaningful with us. You will have room to shape your role, develop your clinical niche, and contribute to how the practice grows.
This is a remote or hybrid W-2 position paying $110 per completed client session.
Satva is fully private-pay. There are no insurance panels, credentialing requirements, claims, denials, or insurance-driven treatment decisions. The focus stays where it should be: on the client and the clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, grounded environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood.
- Manage cases, documentation, and professional responsibilities independently.
- Set consistent availability and build toward the populations and specialties you care about.
- Contribute your clinical perspective as Satva adds clinicians, specialties, and services.
What Satva provides
- $110 per completed client session
- W-2 employment
- $50 monthly internet reimbursement
- Billing, marketing, and technology support
- Employee referral bonuses of $500–$1,000 per hired referral
Satva also invests in marketing and referral generation to help you build a caseload over time.
Minimum qualification
An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
